The first one and namesake for the EP is one that I learned through osmosis in sessions around Dublin and found it mostly formed under my fingers one day in 2013 while out busking. This is, of course, the Seamus Ennis version of this tune. The second one I most likely sourced from the Matt Molloy album of the same name.
